Due to a high volume of orders and COVID-19 precautions, DHL and other carriers are experiencing delays in updating accurate tracking information. Please be advised, we have seen some of our international orders delayed up to a month, with some carriers asking for a minimum of 30 days before you even inquire about a package.
Additionally, we have also been warned that The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) here in the United States is being heavily impacted by increased volumes through their facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic response.
